What is the return policy?

Can I return personalised items?

We cannot accept returns for items that are commissioned, personalised, or custom-made.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please provide proof (e.g., photos), and we will gladly arrange a replacement within 48 hours (Mon-Fri).

When will I get my order?

After receiving your order, we will imminently send it to the vendor for fulfillment who will aim to dispatch your item within 48 hours (Mon-Fri)

Note: Production for personalised and bespoke items will require a longer lead time. Please factor this into your expected delivery date.
