Meet Charlotte, the mum behind Blossom and Bramble Embroidery

Blossom & Bramble was born from a desire to slow down and create something truly enduring; a mission to craft timeless, hand-embroidered keepsakes intended to be cherished not just for a season, but for a lifetime.

Charlotte's path to embroidery was shaped by a lifelong love of aesthetics and a professional background in interior design. This foundation provided a natural flair for colour and texture, but it is a deep-rooted passion for the natural world that truly guides the studio's work. Finding constant inspiration in the untamed beauty of the outdoors, she translates the delicate details of nature into heirloom pieces. To her, the process of slow, intentional making is an act of love - a way to ensure that every piece feels both deeply meaningful and structurally enduring.

This creative spark was first ignited in childhood. Charlotte carries fond memories of learning to sew at her Grandma’s side, meticulously making clothes for her dolls, and spending quiet afternoons exploring the intricate worlds of cross-stitch and crochet with her Mum. These early lessons in patience and craftsmanship remained with her, even as she grew older and moved into other creative fields.

The needle eventually found its way back to her hand years later, prompted by a milestone within her own family. When her two sisters welcomed their babies, she felt a pull to create something personal and unique for them - something that held a piece of her heart. She was instantly hooked by the tactile beauty of the craft, and in that moment of rediscovery, Blossom & Bramble was truly born.

Today, her life is a beautiful tapestry of motherhood and making. She balances the joys of raising a family with the steady work of building a thoughtful, creative business, ensuring that every single design is stitched by hand with absolute care and intention. She believes that embroidery is a profound way of storytelling; every piece created is designed to celebrate life’s most precious moments, serving as a meaningful gift that evokes emotion and becomes a treasured part of a family’s history for generations to come.
