Shipping policy
We’ve removed the extra steps. UK delivery is already accounted for in the price of every treasure, providing a clear, all-inclusive path from our vendors to your home. That’s our commitment to a stress-free experience.
- Lead time: Because our treasures are often handmade with care, lead times can vary depending on the maker you are buying from. Please check the individual product description for specific shipping estimates.*
- Standard Delivery: Once your item is ready and dispatched, it usually takes 2–4 working days to arrive.
- Where we ship: We currently only ship within the UK. If an order is placed for outside the UK, we’ll unfortunately have to cancel and refund it.
*For orders containing multiple items from the same vendor, the total lead and delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest duration to ensure all products can be consolidated and shipped together.
