Refund policy

We want you to be over the moon with your purchase! However, because we work with small businesses and many items are made-to-order, there are a few things to keep in mind.

Items that stay with you (Non-Returnable)

• Personalised for you: Anything with a name, initials, or custom photos (unless it is a vendor mistake).

• Bespoke creations: Items with multiple custom elements such as specific colours or text (unless it is a vendor mistake).

• Used items: Anything that has been opened or used and cannot be resold.

• Large pieces: Furniture or framed art are handled on a case-by-case basis.

The Change of Heart Process

If you’ve changed your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your item to let us know, and a further 14 days to get it back to the maker.

1. Get in touch: Fill out our contact form or email hello@littleeditions.uk with your order number.
2. Pack with care: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Fragile items should be wrapped just as safely as they arrived!
3. Send it back: You'll need to cover the return postage (we recommend a tracked service). If you’re returning items to different makers, please send them to each one separately.
4. The Refund: Once the maker receives your item, we’ll refund your original payment within 14 days. 

If Something Isn't Right

If your item arrives faulty, broken, or isn't what you ordered, we are so sorry! We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

1. Get in touch: Contact us within 30 days by emailing hello@littleeditions.uk. Please include a photo and a quick description of the issue.
2. Pack with care: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Fragile items should be wrapped just as safely as they arrived.
3. Send it back: You'll need to cover the return postage (we recommend a tracked service). If you’re returning items to different makers, please send them to each one separately. You can choose a full refund or a repair/replacement.

A little reminder: Our small businesses work hard to ensure every piece is perfect. By following these steps, you’re helping support independent makers and ensuring your return is processed smoothly! To start a return, you can contact us at hello@littleeditions.uk. 

If your return is accepted, we will let you know how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
